Really happy to announce that we've scored yet another freebie and this one from Boots Sampling landed in record time. Speacking of record time, it also ran out in record time too.
There were 15,000 free samples up for grabs but we knew they would fly out the door fast so we applied for one before adding a listings to the site (link to the original post below).
Before even 100 people clicked on the freebie, the supply ran out. If you managed to get one, thumbs up to you.
This lovely product is made to be seen and the high-pigment and low maintenance shades were created by the lipstick queen herself (Rhinnna) and designed to suit everyone.
The free sample appeared on the Boots Sampling website on February 8th 2022 and our sample landed through the letterbox on Friday 25th February 2022 - that's just under 3 weeks from application to arrival. Excellent!
Haven't tested it yet because saving it for a special occasion but the leaflet that arrived with this free stuff says just one swipe delivers saturated, full coverage colour with a semi-matte finish that never looks flat.
The leaflet also says the lipstick comes complete with innovative, refillable packaging.
Fenty Icon Semi Matte Lipstick is available in 10 shades including The MVP, Grill Master, Board Member, Motha Luva, Pose Queen, Scholar Sista, Ballin' Babe, Major Magnate, She a CEO and Flaunty Auntie.
Our free sample pack contained three of the 10 available shades (0.2g of each Pose Queen, The MVP and Scholar Sister). Also included was a small applicator.

We are also waiting for another Fenty free sample from Boots sampling so fingers crossed that one arrives soon. If it does we will let you know.
How can I get free samples from Boots Sampling?
Boots Sampling doesn't have an actual home page. Instead, they have special promotion pages on the Boots.com website whenever there is a new free sample promotion available.
The only way to know when they have a new freebie up for grabs is to have a Boots.com advantage card account or to have previously requested free samples. If you are on their list and you do receive a notification of a new sampling campaign. We strongly advise you move like speedy Gonzalez and apply as soon as you get the email.
There are, however, other ways to get your hands on free stuff from Boots.com. Signing up to the Boots Volunteer product testing website is a cool way to try out free stuff from the UK's leading health and beauty retailer.
