      This is probably ok if you are 2ft 6 tall, and built like Kate Moss (other catwalk queens are available), but at a mere 5'10", every press up on this is a close hand press up. If you are bigger than 3 foot tall, you'll struggle to do any press ups wider than your shoulder span.

      Go for the "Perfect Push up" handles at £30 on Amazon.
