This plain black bag has excellent storage, especially the secure zipped compartment beind the straps - it easily fits a large purse and my phone. The bag stays on my back without the straps dripping down my arms. The side pockets are not huge, certainly not big enough to carry a water bottle or an umbrella, but fits a couple of packs of tissues happily. I must admit I enjoy Kipling's fancier linings, but the plain beige lining here lets me see items easily. Good price, pleased with my purchase.
