Just download the app to your smartphone and you will earn points for every 7,000 steps, 20 mins of walking and even gym visits all count as activities. once you've amassed enough points, these can be converted into vouchers to be used at retailers and restaurants such as Amazon, John Lewis, Sainsbury’s, Pizza Express, M&S and Cineworld. Brilliant stuff.
